Intelligent iot sensing system, through the front-end lidar online detection of the target, combined with wireless data transmission system and big data analysis, to achieve all-weather uninterrupted monitoring of key facilities or equipment. In this paper, the subway settlement monitoring as a case to illustrate. The following is the general installation diagram of the equipment in the actual monitoring of subway settlement deformation.

Since the subway tunnel is in a fully closed operation state for more than two-thirds of the time in a day, the monitoring personnel are absolutely not allowed to work in the tunnel, so it is required to set up an automated monitoring system in the tunnel instead of manual operation to achieve continuous and accurate monitoring of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the tunnel.

The complete automatic dynamic monitoring system is to achieve automatic observation, recording, processing, storage, report preparation, early warning and forecasting functions without operator intervention. It is composed of a series of software and hardware, and the entire system configuration includes: SK-A100 laser ranging sensor (or SK-Pro100), measurement and control terminal (GPRS), communication cable and power supply cable, computer and special software.
