 The crane is the equipment for handling and loading and unloading materials and equipment in the industrial scene, which is generally used in the hoisting of various large equipment, and the loading and unloading of large materials such as steel. In order to ensure the accuracy of loading and unloading and the safety of use, enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the positioning and collision avoidance of the crane.


According to the different application scenarios, it can be roughly classified into two categories: positioning system and collision avoidance system. Positioning system is generally used in equipment loading and unloading, installation and other scenarios, due to the equipment integration accuracy requirements, so the crane positioning accuracy to reach the mm level. The anti-collision system is mainly used for anti-collision warning of the surrounding environment when the crane swings or transports, which is generally common in port cargo handling and so on.


1. Positioning system


The positioning system generally has high precision requirements, requiring mm level, and the common industrial environment interface requirements are RS485/4-20mA. Therefore, SK-100A high precision single point ranging LiDAR is recommended. The target of cooperation is usually white plate or other diffuse reflective plate.


2. Collision avoidance system


The anti-collision system can consider using the 2d scanning liDAR of the ST series to monitor the safe area to achieve regional alarm monitoring and other functions.
