In order to avoid the close collision or rubbing of AGV equipment in the process of driving, several 2D lidar can be installed at the bottom periphery of AGV equipment for dynamic area monitoring.
According to the actual needs of the user, lidar can be installed at the front of the AGV device, either on the sides or diagonally. Usually two lidars can achieve 360° range of security.
When ST-10/20 lidar performs the anti-collision and obstacle avoidance function, once there is an obstacle in the preset warning area, the lidar will output the corresponding switching signal to trigger the sound and light alarm, deceleration and braking functions of the AGV system.
